It was an unfortunate day for this lady who dressed in mini-skirt and walked on the street in Kisii town in Kenya. She was embarrassed by some self righteous angry men and women who tore her dress and left her naked, only after some others had came to rescue her. Some African countries like Kenya, Uganda and others have passed bills forbidding ladies from wearing miniskirts and armless tops in the public. Though one would expect people to obey the laws of their land, but do you think the mobs did well to have naked her? Or do you think such law truly violates the women's right?
