As politicking heats up towards the February 14 Presidential elect in Nigeria, more "dirts" and secrets are being dug up by the two main contesting parties against their various candidates. One that made much headline was an attempt by the PDP to disqualify the APC candidate with the revelation that he did not have the minimum qualification, which is Secondary School certificate or its equivalence. The latest one coming from Femi Fani-Kayode, the Director of Media and Publicity of the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organization, is that Buhari is not a Nigerian and so should be withdrawn from the race.
In his words: “Buhari is not a Nigerian citizen, he is from Dogondoutchi Town in Dosso Niger Republic, he must be disqualified for contravening section 28 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria”.
We await APC's response to the above accusation.
