SQUAD E DROPS HIS NEW SINGLE: PLAY Ft. AKAS

SQUAD E, the new music sensation has officially dropped his long awaited single titled, PLAY. This official online launch of his single musical track coincides with his birthday which is today, the 7^th September 2014.

The track play is a fusion of afro-beat and afro-pop, which is the reigning genre of music in Nigeria and many parts of Africa. This sends the right signal to the music world that out of Africa, right inside Nigeria is a force to reckon with in the music industry. The track features AKAS, another music guru who has made name in the dancehall style of music. The physical launch comes up later in the week in the presence of notable DJs, MCs, and music fans.

“SQUAD E” was born in Kaduna as Emmanuel Reuben, a song writer, singer and a recording artist. He started his music career early in life as a chorister. In 2002, he started a music group together with his friend called SQUADPAC under which “Gbedu”, their first single was dropped. In 2010, he went solo and was in the music tour with STAR QUEST. He later signed in with APEVIBEZ RECORDS in 2011 where he released his first official singles, “Pretty fine girl” and “No gain”.

 He left Apevibez records for other endeavours, but now is fully back in his music career with the mouth wagging single called “PLAY” ft AKAS.

PLAY is sure going to hit air waves massively, and true music lovers are going to rock it back to back.
